Use the plan for your family and provide the link to your friends.  Seriously, you will feel so much better just knowing the food is there.  With plans we can face this stuff.  

Yup, fear is instinctual; but don&#039;t let it paralyze you.  Use it.   And don&#039;t be afraid to start where you are at.  If you don&#039;t know who your representatives are, find out.  If you don&#039;t know who your neighbors are, find out.  It takes communities.  It takes neighborhoods.  It takes families.  It takes reaching out, helping out, and speaking out.  And asking questions.  Never, ever stop asking questions.
