I am not surprised sadly but had no idea that Jack was facing these specific challenges. Yes, I know Jack. Well, I know his wife a bit more intimately ... I attended the homebirth of their youngest son and his wife attended Nessa's birth. They are both wonderful, intelligent, caring people. And the farm he speaks of is gorgeous too. With this kind of help from the goverment no wonder I can't get my dad to grow fruits and veggies to take to the farmers market in his retirment rather than keeping all the land in govt. programs.
