Judge Refuses 2nd SF Bay Spill Guilty Plea Attempt

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS 5 / AP) ? A Federal appeals court in San Francisco turned down a ship management company’s bid Monday to be shielded from a fine of up to $40 million if it is convicted of polluting the San Francisco Bay in a 2007 oil spill.

Take that, you corporate bloodsuckers.
