I have a similar pineapple recipe.

Make a simple syrup of lime juice (fresh squeezed, you savages!) and brown sugar.
(Simple syrup is 1 part liquid to two parts sugar, heated to boiling and then cooled.)

Put your lime syrup into a squeeze bottle. Grill fresh pineapple chunks over HOT coals while drizzling syrup.

I guess you could add cayenne pepper to it for extra heat.

Serves, er, um, me.

Oh. My. God. I'm hungry now, nevermind having just eaten a full dinner. Sounds amazing!

Can't wait till we float up to your marina later this summer. :-> Sign me up for baby holding duty...I am never happier...
