Flyin’ on the way to Panama!

Cap’n Ken and Crew have made it to Panama. Hurrah!

He reports that our lovely boat made it to 19.6 knots in a 30-knot wind out in the Caribbean.

19.6 knots, sportsfans. I am absolutely delirious with joy.Course, the mainsail ripped right after that. So that’s the bummer. But the sail was old and needed love and we knew that. Cap’n Ken is going to have it repaired in Panama, so that we have some time to shop for something we really like here. Keep your fingers crossed.

I know I’m doing it again; blogging out of order. I am going to do my best to catch up on the trip to Puerto Rico and all the lovely happenings there.
